Embracing Stillness & Certitude

Embracing Stillness & Certitude

In the whirlwind of everyday life, it’s easy to get swept up in the busyness of accomplishing tasks, relating to others, and reacting to the constant barrage of news. Amidst this chaos, I often remind myself of my true essence: a spiritual being having a human experience.

This journey back to my soulful self begins with stillness.

Finding moments of stillness allows me to connect deeply with the Source, fostering a sense of certitude and the realization that all is well.

However, when pain, obstacles, or criticisms arise, they prompt me to look inward with patience and honesty. I welcome what surfaces from my subconscious with compassion, discerning whether my perceptions are subjective. If they are, I embrace that “secret child” within with loving arms. If not, I approach the situation or person with the higher frequency of love, understanding that we are all interconnected.

Transformation often feels like stepping out of my comfort zone.

It’s a productive yet challenging time that requires initiative and plenty of rest to prevent burnout. During such times, I might put my needs second to accomplish necessary tasks, but I also ensure I nourish myself emotionally, embracing the good, the bad, and the ugly. By opening up to the wholeness of my being and letting go of what no longer serves me, I create space for growth.

Trusting in the unfolding of events brings a sense of certitude.

Even challenging experiences carry gifts, not just for me personally but for humanity as a whole. I ask myself: What can I do to contribute to a more unified world? It starts with integrating body, mind, and spirit, allowing natural healing to occur. When I am full and overflowing, I can give and receive more freely. Joining forces with like-minded souls amplifies our collective energy.

Stability comes from surrendering to the present moment.

I find peace in “not knowing” intellectually and instead, cultivate joy and gratitude for simply being alive. I focus on possibilities rather than limitations and celebrate my wins, appreciating the fullness of life.

As I continue to evolve and fulfill my purpose, I remind myself to have fun and embrace moments of childlike play. It’s time to realize unlived potentials with grace and flow.
